The following areas qualify for free delivery on condition of a minimum spend and over the value of R500.00

If the purchase amount is under R500.00, the delivery charge will be R39.50

Both arrangements guarantee delivery within 2 hours. On condition of stock availability.

We will contact the purchaser if something is not in stock and arrange accordingly. We will use the completed purchaser contact details left at check out.

Areas are CBD, Tamboerskloof, Gardens etc, Green Point, Waterfront, Sea Point, Woodstock, Paarden Eiland

CampsBay, up to and ending this zone with Bakoven

All other areas and suburbs excluding outlying (outlying will be detailed in next paragraph)

Titan Supplies is a Cape Town based online service. National delivery will be deemed all areas beyond our outlying areas and rest of Cape province and South Africa.

National delivery will Subject to delivery quotation.

Once purchase is complete, Titan will receive the sale instruction. A courier quote will then be generated by one of our delivery partners.

Details will be forwarded to the purchaser.   Courier will collect payment upon delivery for the delivery fees. Please allow 4 days for delivery.

Clients are also more than welcome to arrange their own courier service.


Delivery Policy

1. Introduction:

1.1 This Delivery Policy:

1.1.1 applies to Registered Users who have purchased Goods through the Titan Supplies(Pty) Ltd (“Titan”) Website and who have active online store accounts with Titan;

1.1.2 forms part of the Titan Website Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) and accordingly words defined in the Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise.

2. Delivery Address

2.1 Titan delivers Goods only in the Republic of South Africa between Monday to Friday on business days and only during working hours (ie: between 08:00 – 17:00).

2.2 On check out, you will need to indicate the physical address and area code within South Africa where you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in connection with the delivery.

2.3 Titan does not deliver Goods to postal addresses.

2.4 Our delivery system will attempt to deliver the Goods to the delivery address nominated by the User during the checkout process. In the event that there is nobody available to accept the delivery of the Goods at such address on our courier’s third attempt at a delivery, the Goods will be returned to Titan and the User shall be responsible to arrange for the collection of the Goods and to refund Titan the wasted courier costs (if applicable).

3. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

3.1 All online orders placed during the calendar week (Monday-Friday) with no public holiday interference should be received within five business days after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed. Depending on your location, delivery may occur sooner.

3.2 In the event that Titan experiences a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Accordingly please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should your order be delayed in excess of 7 business days, Titan shall contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

4. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Product Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

6. Damaged Goods on Delivery or Lost Goods

Should Goods be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery  , the User must please notify Titan, within 2 days of such delivery /  non-delivery. Titan shall arrange to collect the Goods from the User at no charge. Once Titan has inspected the Goods and validated the return, Titan shall, at the User’s discretion, repair / replace the Goods as soon as possible (if such repair / replacement is possible) or credit the User’s account with the purchase price of the Goods (or refund the User if that is the User’s preference).
